on the farm. The horses are kept in the stable. There is a special place for each horse. The horses are distinguished by their colour or by their height. There are only two parts in the stable, the stand and a place for the hay.The horses are not tied like the cows.A halter is made and it is put round the horse's neck:one end is fastened to a beam.In Spring, the horses are clipped. They are sent to the forge to be shod.
