It was a cold day and the wind was flowing hard on the old woman's face, and she was shivering with the cold.
at last she said, "I wish that wind would turn, I pray it may turn before I'm coming home," and so it did. Then she had the wind on her face both ways.

  2. There is a fort beside Patrick Fay's, Lisboduff, Bunoe,
The fort is behind Martin's shop.
There is a big stone on the ring of the fort, which measures about eight feet long and five feet wide. On this stone there is the track of the heel of a hand and the thumb and four fingers.
It is said that Finn McCumhail threw it from Sliabh Glagh, beyond Cavan, and he left the track of his hand in it when he lifted it.
From Sliabh Glagh to Bunoe is "eight miles as the Crow flies".
