    Old people believe;
    "Happy is the corpse that the rain falls on and happy is the marriage that the sun shines on."
    In the graveyard the weapon which were used making the grave are placed in the form of a cross over the hole because it is said that the evil spirits must not interfere with the coffin after. There is a rope generally used around the coffin as it is being lowered into the grave denoting as it is pulled from one side that it pulls away with it any obstacles that may hinder the soul from Heaven.
    No person coming from a funeral should visit a house in which a sick person is, without first going home as a sick person visited by one coming from a funeral will surely die. If anyone was seen chewing or smoking in a graveyard it was said of him or her that he or she would be the next interred there.
    Any horse that is buried with its feet shod is said to be seen by night in the field where the animal was buried.
