    Bands paraded the streets, and about fifty men on horseback awaited him. When he arrived he walked down the Main Street and he was cheered on every side.
    He went out to a field near Hollybank, about a half mile from Arva, where a platform was erected, and several speeches were made. In the evening he came back into the town, and had lunch. He left for Dublin about seven o'clock.
