    a day.They used drink mostly all milk and it used be thick.They drank cow's and goat's milk.The table used be in by the wall.The people used to eat stampy also.This is how it used be made.Grate potatoes and squeeze them,mix a pinch of salt with this and put it down to bake.Very seldom the people got fresh meat,salt meat they ate and it was called American Meat.They used eat fish ,they got it from the people going round.I do not know any other kind of food the people had long ago.The people do not remember when tea came to the district .They had no cups but
