    In olden times the public roads of Ireland were no better than the lanes you see leading to and from the bogs, steads or country villages to day. All bye roads were only made about 8 or 90 years ago and them only lined out but from time to time there were repairs giving to them until they are what they are to day. There were not very good roads needed in them times for the parish could hardly boast of two
