- Many wild birds haunt our district namely the blackbird, robin, thrush, sparrow, linnet, finch and crow. In Summer we see the swallows flying to and fro, we can also see the cookoo and corn-crake.
These birds are never seen in Winter because this land is two cold for them.
This great flight usually takes place on the month of August, to a far off country.
