   Here are some of the potatoes that grow around here:-Kerrpinks, Aranbanners, Aranchiefs, Aranvistors, Dates, Epicures, Ninty Folds, Scotchgrays, bhampkins, White rock, Red Rocksherries, Queens, and Roses.
   In spring the farmer puts out manure and spreads it. He sticks a piece of a stick at the head of a ridge and runs a scorring rope to the end; he makes sure he has the rope straight and then fastens it at the end. aftreward he spreads the manure by this.
   The bean an tighe (woman of the house) generally an eye or two in each seed because out of the seed the stalk grows. The farmer then drops the seed in the form of an angle which is called angling the seed. They then nick the ground between each ridge and cuts the sod and then turns it over the dropped seed. After a month or so the stalk comes up. The farmer then moulds them. He breaks the mould between each ridge
