Ar an leathanach seo
- A churn was used long ago called an upright churn.
It was broad and round in the bottom, and it narrowed (towards) towards the top, but it did not narrow to a point.
The top was closed with a cover which had a stick in the hole, the stick having a broad round board in the lower end.
The stick was worked up and down and around. At (per) present a churn of the shape of a barrel is used. There are two kinds of barrel churn.
One is fixed in a stand and does not move.
