On this page

  1. There are five forges in this district. The nearest ones to me are those of Mr Matthew Garrigan and Mr Michael Boylan. The former has a small forge, semi-detatched and roofed with galvanized iron.
    In the forge he has one fire-place and his instruments are: sledge-hammer, anvil, vice and pincers and small hammer. There is a large bellows at the back of the fireplace.
