    Rugadh é i Maghlocha. Thug Naomh Pádraig cúntas air sar a rugadh é. Dhein sé a céad miorbhailt nuair bhí sé an óg.
    Bhí a athair agus a máthair imtighthe cun an Aifrin agus bhí Seanán sa bhaile ag tabhairt do'n cruithnecht ar na h-éin. Bhí dúil mór ag Seanán dul chun Aifrinn. Do dhein sé machtnamh agus tar éis tamaill tháinig smaoineamh cuige. Do glaoidh sé ar na h-éin agus cuir sé i sgioból íad. Annsan chuaidh sé chun an Aifrinn.
