In the Sacristy the wedding cake was cut by the priest. The bride and the bridegroom did not ride on the same horse going to the church, but they did so coming home. All the attendants tried to race against each other coming home, to see who would arrive home before the bride and bridegroom, as they neared the house they met them with a bottle of wine or whiskey, which when it was drank to a little drop was broken by the bride on a stone.
