- John King of Lisnaclay who died about twenty years ago used to make songs. He was a farmer and went to Knappa school when he was young. He made a song about broken mile stone which was beside his house but he would not give the words to anyone.
He was a member of the Land League and he made a song about his opponents. Some of the lines were:
