    They also made a straw mat and it was hung on the kitchen wall for holding the cutlery which was stuck into the open spaces in it.
    They made very useful articles out of sheep's skin. When the hide was taken off the sheep there was unslaked lime put on it and tied with a straw rope and hung up to dry. When it was there for a certain length it was taken down and all the wool
