    lake and there were large flags called stepping stones across and the people used when they were going to the mill or to other villages. They are taken away now and are replaced by a new concrete bridge.
    There is another river in Cloonrow and there was a crossing made of sticks, scraws, and other stuff. It went by the name of 'Keish'.
    There was another river in Kilmovee and there was a passage across made of stone. The stones were placed in such a way that the water flowed underneath and it was firmly set overhead.
    There as another river in Cloonfiacra and it was very wide. There was a passage across. It was made with scraws and bog wood. The course of the river was changed and there is no trace of it now.
