    A Wound: Get a dog to lick the sore.
    A Boil: Put a fasting spit on the boil every morning for nine mornings.
    A Corn: Soak a leaf of ivy in a glass of vinegar and leave the leaf on the corn, continue this nightly for some time and the corn.
    Hi-Cough: If a person suffering from a hi-cough is given a drink by someone without asking it he is cured.
    Whooping Cough: A person married to his own sur name-sake can cure a person who has the whooping-cough by giving him something to eat or drink.
