  1. Long ago when a person had a toothache, he would put creosote in the tooth, and others would keep smoking to banish the pain. The people had also a cure for the chin cough. They would get milk from an ass to drink, and others would give milk to a ferrett. When the ferrett would have some of it taken they would take the remainder from him and give it to the person, that would have the chin cough, to drink.
