    die his wife would sit on the coffin going to the chapel. Long ago people wouldn't be confirmed until they would be about seventy years of age. In olden days when people would die they would be laid out on the kitchen table. The would be waked in their own house for two nights. During this time the people would collect all the good criers and they would over the corpse. two or three times before the corpse would be buried.
