  1. There is a fort in Cloone and there was an urn found in it. There was ashes in the urn. There were three flat stones around the urn and one one top.
    There is a fort in Drumeen in John Cunningham's Land and another in the same townland in Peter Heslin's Land.
    There is also one in Mullagh brack
    There is one in Charlie Mitchells Land in Gortinure.
    Franke Mc Keown Gorinure saw a leprechaun in the fort that is in Gortinure.
    There was a pot with ashes in it found in a fort in Cloone. The Danes are supposed to have built the forts. This Idea was given in by Séamus Browne Gortinure. Mohill. Some of them are circular in shape. There is a clay fence round them and bushes growing in it.
    The fort in Gortinure is in the land of Thomas Bohan Mulynadrumna.
    The one Mullacbrack is on the land of John Reynolds
