  1. Hidden Treasure
    In the middle of the townland, Killaclohane, about a mile and a half from Miltown there is a big wood. During the penal times Mass was being celebrated here at a spot still called Poll an Aifrinn. On one occasion word was sent that Cromwell's soldiers were approaching.
    Immediately the valuable bell which was used to call the people to the place was thrown into a hole near by to protect it from them.
    Several attempts have been made to get the beautiful bell, but, so far nobody has been lucky enough to get "The Hidden Treasure".
