    All the girls gathered around and started to make love to him. He fell in love with one of them and she took him home with her. He was not long landed when the supper was put on the table. Poor Jack was shy about eating and he was only steated at the table when the old man of the house shouted "Take away" "Take away" and immediately the servant appeared and stowed away the food. Poor Jack went to bed very hungry and the same thing happened at the breakfast the following morning.
    He went for home before the dinner and when he came to the Black-water he tried to jump it but failed. He saw the same man fishing that he had seen a few days before. He asked him where he was and he told him his story. The fisherman took him to his own house, and gave him a good dinner and he was well pleased.
