    In the parish of Aughagower there are four blessed wells
    1 There is a Blessed well in Ballygorman. (St Patrick)
    2 A Blessed well in Aughagower
    (St Patrick)
    A Blessed well in Cushen (St Annes)
    A Blessed well in Lankill (St Patrick)
    Ballygorman well is used for curing sore eyes. People bring a bottle and fill it with the holy water and rub it on the eyes. The people visit the well three times in succession to be cured.
