Then we stick them with a spade. The manure is spread over them after the drills are set a while they are mold. Some people mold them with a spade others with a plough. Most of the work now is done by a plough. When we are setting potatoes we do not set the full one. We put them up in slits We leave an eye or two in each of them. They always leave a piece after them called the [?]. If you spread, set the fully potatoes a bunch of stalks would grow out of them.
