  1. The Black Thief came on to the castle this night and demanded his supper. The old woman who was cooking for the giant said that if the giant found him he would eat him. She was cooking a bullock for the giant's supper.
    Bee gonnies it wasn't long until they heard the giant coming. She hid as best she could in a cupboard or in an oven.
    The giant sat down and picked the bullock clean until there was nothing left save his bones.
