  1. A Good Runner
    Once there dwelt in Templeboy a landlord and near him lived a farmer named Mc Andrew. The landlord got Mc Andrew to herd his sheep and cattle and when Spring came he told him to watch the sheep carefully as he was expecting them to yearn. Every morning Mc Andrew was out early to see if there was any young lambs after the night. One morning as he was was walking through the fields a hare jumped out of a bunch of long grass where the sheep were lying. Mc Andrew was a sort of fool he thought the hare was a lamb and that he would lose his job if he did not catch him. After running a long distance he caught him, as he thought and brought him back and put two side-tyings on him. Then he went to the landlord and told him that he got one lamb, but that he was
