    Swallow flying very low is sign of thunder and lightning. Smoke going up straight is sign of good weather. When the cock crows it is the sign of a good evening. A rainbow at night is the shepherd's delight. A rainbow in the morning is the shepherd's warning. When there is a great heat off the fire it is a sign of frost or snow. When the sun sets very red it is the sign of good weather. The dog eats grass when there is going to be thunder and lightning. The sky looks to be red and blue when there is going to be good sunshine. When there is going to be wind the sky seems grey and cloudy. When there is going to be good weather the lakes and rivers are tame.
