    and down by hand. When the dash is lifted up if there no little gram of butter on it it is churned.
    During the churning soft water is poured on it. This is poured on it. This is done so that the churning will be done quicker.Then the butter is taken out and washed about three times until all the buttermilk is out. Salt is then shaken on the butter an mixed through it. Then it is washed again to take away the remainder of the butter milk.
