    quite powerless, except in their toes, this is by no means an easy matter.
    It often happens, on account of the difficulty of balancing themselves, that in attempting to overthrow each other the players heel over on their sides a dozen times, helplessly resting on their wing skewers till assisted up again.
    There is, of course, as much fun for the onlookers as for the trussed boys, for the antics are highly amusing.
