- There are nine tailors in this district. They only work in their homes. They don't travel from place to place working. They stock cloth in their own homes.
The cloth is neither spun nor woven locally. The tailors implements are:- a timble, a scissors, needles, and threads, a sewing machine, an iron. Shirts are not made locally, but stockings are knitted.
All wedding clothes are made by tailors. Ladies whose relatives have died usually wear black, but men very often wear only a black armlet or diamond.- Informant
