    Church and that she had come all the way to find it.
    At last when she went to bed and was asleep the two brothers took a spade from the shed and went down to the Church gate to dig for the gold.
    Sure enough when they lifted the sod there they found the box of gold. Next morning when they got up, they found the old lady had disappeared and she was never found.
    Told to me by my mother, told to her by her mother -Mrs C Connell Bective Navan. Mrs Rosanna Halford Kiltale National School Dunsany Co. Meath.
    She died in the year 1932 Aged 68.
