    A frog's foot is put to a bad tooth to cure toothache.
    Old people say if you lick a lizard (alp luachra) you will be able to cure burns by licking them.
    Some people have charms for curing diseases, and when they are dying they leave them to their friends.
    Asses milk is a cure for whooping cough, and goats milk or tar-water for decline.
    The water in which nettles have been boiled is good for blood pressure and kidney trouble.
    If you tie a gentleman goat to the bed of a person who has consumption it will cure it.
    When people have headaches they often go to the holy well in Rahugh to be cured.
