  1. In olden times poeple would have four meals a day.
Breakfast, dinner, tea, and supper. Breakfast would be at eight o'clock in the morning. Dinner would be at one o'clock in the day - tea at four o'clock in the evening.
Supper at nine o'clock at night. The people would work for two hours before eating their breakfast. They would have porridge for breakfast, potatoes and cabbage for dinner, tea and bread in the evening, potatoes and butter-milk for supper.
