    The North Cork Militia went up that lane on their way to Vinegar Hill. Ever since it was called North Cork Lane
    Conn's Bridge
    This is situated near the Deer Park. A man was drowned there long ago, his name was Conn. From that time the bridge was known as Conn's Bridge
