    A Sprain :-
    Get a dozen yarrow leaves and boil
    them with a pint of beer
    when boiled put in a bottle an rub
    freely on the sprain this will cure it
    before long.

    Sore Throat :-
    Get a dock leaf and don't rub the dew off it but when going to bed tie it around your throat
    before morning it will be much better.
