    There is no churn at home, but I was told by a neighbour how they used to churn and all about it.
    The height of this woman's churn is four feet, the width three, and is churned by a dash.
    In the winter, the water which is put in during the churning, has to be fairly warm and in the summer, cold.
    The cream is put in the churn and then water is added. If the weather is cold, warm water is used and if the
