    used to keep old books.
    Long ago there was bellows used They were placed in the corner near the fireplace. There was small holes underneath the fireplace which the wind came through. It was a large wheel with a handle on it. Some of there are to be seen yet. There were other bellows used in every house in this district and were called hand bellows. The two front parts were made of wood and the sides of leather they were used very often in this district and are yet.
