I heard cows called "polly" Some horses are called by Christian names. The people say "chuck" when calling hens. They say "wheetey" when calling ducks When calling the horses they say "phiphpough"
The hens house is called the fowl "house" The cows house is called the "byre" The horses house is called "the stable"
The cows are tied by the neck with a chain Some of the horses are tied with a strong cord The most of them are tied with a slip from the head collar.
A palm branch is put in the animals houses.- Collector
