A Above article was used for trimming a resin. When the candle spat or spluttered some one of the ladies in the room trimmed the wick with this. The grease and used wick was collected in box B. Above is nicely ornamented and sits on a tray. I do not know its proper name, but it resembles scissors on legs with a little box where the rivet usually is. I would say that this article would not be used by the poor.
