   Then she sends us back again. The mother then goes to see what has the ghost to say. He tells her that he wants sand. She asks him what for. He says "to sharpen the knife." "What do you want with the knife?" "To cut the heads off your children."
   3. Devils and Angels :
   The children all stand in a row and whoever is the last going into the den or heaven would be a devil. He is put standing in hell. The children keep running into the den to see how many angels are left.
   4. Around the Green Gravel :
   The children all go round in a ring. They say this rhyme as they are going around.
   Around the green gravel
   The grass grows green.
   Many a lady is fit to be seen,
   Washed in milk
   Dressed in silk
   Last pop down.
   The last child going down has to go into the middle.
