He took it to the fort, and buried it under the ground. The man seeing how safe his money was he thanked the fairy and told him to mind it. The man died and it is said that the fairy is still minding the money.
- In Lisdrumturk fort Taghard mountain and Cargahogue fort there was a crock of gold. Early one morning two men James Mc Cabe and Thomas Brown started off to Cargahogue fort to dig for the gold. Week after week passed by until at last the lucky day came when the crock of gold was found.
