    pot when they had the full of a pot of juice it was left outside for five or six hours until it settled. There came some water to the top and very fine yellow stuff was lying on the bottom of the pot like Indian meal. The water was teemed off it and it was boiled until it thickened. When it was thick they spread it on a white cloth and left it on a level hedge. It was dry and white after three days and it made good starch.
