  1. Saint Patrick is the patron Saint of Ireland. There is a feast held in his honour on the 17th of March of each year. With what delight do the young people look forward to the coming of that feast. They dress up in there best clothes and wear shamrock on their coats and dresses the girls also wear green bands on their hair
