    My native village is Lisbrogan. it is in the parish of Swinford, and in the barony of Gallen.
    Most of the houses in my village are thatched with two rooms and a kitchen in each. The population of my village is forty two and it consists of nine families. The name that is most common in my village is Higgins.
    A family called Forkans have emigrated to England. The house is not broken down, but
