  1. Long ago it was a old customs to make candles out of rushes. They used to peal the rushes and put two or three of them together and melt sheeps talla and draw them throw it and it used make fine candles. Others used to make them out of a strip of calico and to draw it throw talla and that used to make candles also. Long ago the people used to make Traigrháns for wearning instead of shoes but there is none of them making now they are nearly the same as real stocking but the are no soles on them only a bubean for under your big toe.
