  1. Long ago the people used to to do some work before the breakfast and then it would be potatoes and this is what they used to have, a saucer of milk and salt sprinkled through it and they used to call it scadan caoi.
    Then for the dinner it used to be the same thing but now and then they used to have tea when it came out first. When they would be out in the field in summer they used to make a fire and roast potatoes there and then that would be their dinner.
    Then there would be no meal
