  1. Long ago the people had no food much. They made bread from oats barely and
    For making the oat cake they used hand querns for the purpose of grinding the oats small. They would place one on top of the other the bottom one having one hole and the top two. One of the top holes should be placed on top of the bottom hole so that a stick would run straight down through the two. The other hole was for the purpose of putting the oats in. The
