    Long ago there were a lot of old castles and houses and the ruins remain yet. There is a ruin of an old mill in Derreen near the River Suck and it is surrounded by a lot of high bushes.
    There was a slated roof on it one time but some people took it off. There is an old wheel and other articles are in it.
    There is a old ruin of a house in Clonshee, and it is surrounded by a farm of land. There are only the walls there
