    Long ago the hurling team consisted of twenty one at a side.
    The hurleys they had in the olden times were very hearys and were not as up to date as the hurleys to.
    The balls they had wee made of thread and corks and covered with leather.
    Parishes played matches against each other.
    Long ago the Feakle team went to Killbeacenty and they hurled in a place called Lissbrien and they Feakle team won and they got pleanty
