    builds her nest on a lofty tree-top, so as no one can disturb it. After a while she lays green speckled eggs, and hatches them for about three weeks.
    The thrush, blackbird, wren and robin usually build their nests in hedges. The wren builds a very small nest. These birds lay blue speckled eggs and other pink coloured.
    The swallows, curlews, crows and seagulls are a a great weather guide.
    When the swallows are flying low in flocks bad weather is approaching.
