    Potatoes were the most useful food produced into this country.
    Almost everyone that possesses land sows potatoes every year.
    There are about 2 acres of land under our potatoes every year.
    It is generally the farmer's son or the workman who cultivates the ground for the potato crop.
    If the field is big he will use two horses and a plough, if it is only a plot he will use
